The Au Coeur Mind-Body Program - 5 Keys to Health & Happiness

Before the opening of Au Coeur Mind-Body Center, we had one of those "Aha Moments."   We realized to support others in meeting their life challenges and integrating their Mind-Body system, we needed to offer an integrated Mind-Body program - one that would reflect the reality of everyday experience.  Each aspect of life, our "5 keys," is interconnected to every other. 

We recommend people start with Key #1 Mindfulness  - which relaxes their mind-body and increases their self-awareness.  They then find they are better able to "see themselves in action". They might notice how often they get angry and say things they later wish they could take back.  They've never been taught to express anger in a positive way, so they feel stuck.  To gain new skills to match their new self-awareness.  they turn to Key #3 Mindfulness in Action. 

Movement around the 5 keys is unique to each person. After starting with Key #1 Mindfulness, another person might become more aware of their everyday thoughts.  They might notice how often they cycle negative thoughts that seem to "appear from nowhere." To reveal the mysterious source of those thoughts and change their self-talk, they turn to Key #4 Healing the Past. 

Yet another person might start with Key #1 Mindfulness and discover that their increased self-awareness leads to an awakening of buried loss and disappointment. To understand how to heal, they turn to Key #5 Healing the Heart.
